Arq Behavioral Talent LLC ("we," "our," "us") is a recruiting agency specializing in ABA therapy staffing, connecting behavior technicians and RBT candidates with clinics. This policy explains what information we collect through our website (arqbehavioraltalent.com) and our recruiting activities, and how we use it.

Information we collect

Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we collect your first and last name, email address, organization (optional), the role you select ("I am a..."), and your message. Submissions are processed through Netlify Forms, and we receive an email notification of each submission.

Job applications and the Careers board. If you apply to a posted position or submit a general application through our careers board (powered by Manatal), we collect the contact details and documents you provide (for example, your resume, certifications, and location preferences) to evaluate you for roles with our client clinics. Please do not include Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or health information in your resume or application.

Information from other sources. To offer our recruiting services, we collect business contact information (such as name, job title, company, and work email address) from public and professional sources, including professional networking sites and business directories. We use it to contact ABA providers and professionals about recruiting services. If you would like us to stop contacting you or remove your information, email us at info@arqtalent.com and we will do so promptly.

Technical information. Our hosting provider may log standard technical data such as IP addresses and browser type for security and reliability purposes. We do not use advertising trackers on our own website.

How we use your information

To respond to your inquiries and provide recruiting services.
To match candidates with clinics and employers that fit their qualifications.
To contact ABA providers and professionals about our services.
To maintain our job board and improve our website and services.

How we share your information

We share candidate information with prospective employers (clinics) only as part of the recruiting process and with the candidate's permission. Contact form submissions are processed by Netlify for hosting and email delivery, and job board applications are processed by Manatal, the platform that powers our careers board. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your rights

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at info@arqtalent.com or (732) 456-6710. We will respond within a reasonable time. Residents of states with privacy laws, such as California, may have additional rights, and may use the same contact details to exercise them.

Data security and retention

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including limiting access to form submissions. We retain contact and application information only as long as needed for recruiting purposes or as required by law.

Children's privacy

Our services are directed at employers and adult job seekers. If you are a parent or guardian submitting information on behalf of someone under 18, please do not include unnecessary personal details about the minor.
